Dr. Oliver Feyen joins MINST as Head of Immunology & Microbiology

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Oliver Feyen to the Medical Institute for Nutrition Science & Technology (MINST) in Rīga.

Effective 1 September 2026, Dr. Feyen will join MINST as Head of Immunology & Microbiology and will also serve as Deputy Director of the Institute.

With his scientific expertise and experience, Dr. Feyen will strengthen MINST’s research activities at the interface of nutrition science, immunology and microbiology. His appointment represents an important step in the continued development of our interdisciplinary research programme and our commitment to translating scientific insights into a better understanding of nutrition and human health.

We are very pleased to have Dr. Feyen on board and look forward to working together, developing new research initiatives and building strong scientific collaborations in Rīga and internationally.
